Description
Faro en Playa Parana is a relatively new lighthouse and may have, in fact, replaced the Golfo Nuevo light north of Puerto Madryn. The light is an open square steel tower that stands atop a bluff with red/white daymarking.
This light is also referred to as Acantilado on the Northern Argentina page of Rowlett's lighthouse directory site (http://www.unc.edu/~rowlett/lighthouse/arg.htm)
